Refund & Returns Policy

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Beauty Tools — Non-Returnable

All makeup brushes and sponges are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons. The only exception is if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — see Section 3.

Home & Lifestyle Products — Returnable

Eligible for return within 7 days, provided:

• Product is unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
• Return is approved by VYRAA before dispatch

Not eligible: used, assembled, or tampered products; items without original packaging; sale or discounted items; returns without prior approval.

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at Customersupport@vyraa.co.in with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Upon verification, VYRAA will arrange a replacement or full bank refund at no extra cost.

• Home & Lifestyle returns — Store credit issued within 7–10 business days of receiving and verifying the item. Valid for 1 year, non-transferable, applicable only on VYRAA purchases.
• Damaged / Defective / Incorrect — Bank refund processed within 7–10 business days. COD orders refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a VYRAA error.

1. Email customersupport@vyraa.co.in with your order number, item, and reason for return.
2. VYRAA will respond within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, you'll receive dispatch instructions. Do not return items without written approval.
4. Store credit or refund processed upon inspection.

Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to a VYRAA error — in which case we arrange and cover the pickup.
